All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and include GST and all transactions are processed in Australian Dollars. Prices are subject to change without notification.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or making a wrong decision so please select carefully. If you are in doubt about the suitability of your items please phone customer service on 03 9775 1332 and we can assist you.
Please inspect the goods within 24 hours of delivery to ensure that the items have arrived safely and are undamaged. All goods must be inspected within 24 hours of receiving delivery. We do not accept claims for damaged items after this time.
If you do find a damaged item, please Contact Us with your order number, details of the damage and a digital photograph within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Once we receive notification we will advise you on how the product is to be returned or collected. Damaged items will be replaced or a full refund issued at our discretion depending on product availability. To ensure replacement or refund, the item must be packed in it's original undamaged packaging.
All our items are handmade and hand crafted , no item is exactly the same. Small imperfections in finish, size and shape are part of the individual character of each piece. Coloured metal items may have slight variations in colour and appearance. The metal underneath the coloured enamel is hand polished and creates an individual look for each item. Wooden items are hand carved and painted. Some pieces may have cracks or knot marks that add to the character of each item, these are not faults. The resin sculptures are all hand made, hand polished and individually painted. Slight variations in finish are to be expected. All items are individually inspected by our Quality Team before dispatch. Please Contact Us if you are unsure of your purchase and we will be happy to discuss.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in Australia. We use a variety of couriers depending on the size of the parcel. Where possible, please provide a business address for delivery so that the item can be signed for, alternatively we can deliver to a residential address but someone will need to sign for delivery or please provide Authority To Leave. We reserve the right to cancel an order for large items delivered to remote destinations due to the cost of delivery exceeding the cost of the item. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss. We currently don't accept international orders through our website but we are happy to discuss delivery options and costs. If you require a delivery to an international address please contact us on +61 397751332 to discuss.
Delivery to an address in VIC is free on orders over $30, delivery to NSW, ACT, SA, QLD and TAS varies from $5 to $10 flat rate.
Delivery to WA and NT are calculated based on weight starting from $5. Larger items will attract higher delivery charges.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, shipping times can be 2-7 business days depending on your location.
